Like our ancestors, we prefer small productions and batches of coffee from small plots of land in the plateau. We know the producers personally: for us, coffee is not simply from Brazil, Costa Rica, or Guatemala, but rather the coffee of Marisol and José, of Julia and Pablo, of Maria and Francisco.

In our roastery in Val di Sole, our coffee types are roasted, processed, and refined by hand: a choice that looks to the future.
